All Youth ages 14 to 18 from the
Cypress, Cerritos, Downey, Garden Grove, Long Beach, Long Beach East Stakes

Dress Code:
Casual attire - modest, neat and clean
Jeans OK - no holes, all pants must stay up without a belt
No shorts / No hats

Young Men: Collared shirt (i.e., polo), ties not required
Young Women: No bare midriff, tank tops or spaghetti straps; sleeves are required
